Experience the ultimate chocolate fantasy: a 70% real chocolate dress taking over the runway in Paris

Collaborating with a chocolatier, I had the privilege of creating a dress that was truly a work of art. Made entirely out of chocolate, the dress was a culmination of months of hard work and dedication, resulting in something truly unique and spectacular. When I received the invitation to participate in the Salon du Chocolat’s renowned chocolate dress exhibition, I knew that this was an opportunity that I could not pass up. The process of creating the dress was arduous, and it required a lot of attention to detail. I drew inspiration from my early life spent in Italy’s Lake Maggiore, and with the help of the talented team at Arnaud Lahrer, we adorned the dress with over 4,000 handcrafted chocolate pearls and more than 500 decorated chocolate squares. Assembling the dress was an intricate and meticulous process that took days and nights of hand-sewing pearls, gluing squares, and other detailed work. Finally, the day of the first fashion show arrived, and Katrina Patchett, the talented dancer from “Danse Avec Les Stars”, wore the dress with grace and poise, captivating the audience with her performance. The experience of showcasing the chocolate dress at the Salon du Chocolat was a thrilling one. Over the next few days, the dress was showcased to visitors. I was pleased to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from the audience, who appreciated the artistry and effort that had gone into creating the dress. I am grateful to my team, including the photograph Laurie Alaoua and the social media manager Annalisa Smiraglia, for their unwavering support and hard work throughout the entire process. Together, we created something truly remarkable, and I am proud to have shared this experience with them. The achievement is a result of our collective effort, and I am extremely grateful to them.
